Hybrid Job Description The primary purpose of the job is to:
Mail services (Incoming and Outgoing) currently covered by DAP Coordinators, including electronic document storage
1.Printing and processing all outgoing letters, disability packets, Medicare packets, etc., each with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day
2.Documenting all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS Applications
3.Scanning and emailing mail to telecommuters through Outlook
4.Saving documents to EXP member folders
5.Tracking all inventory of stationary for appropriate ordering in a timely manner
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
The ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to navigate the internet
Valid Driver's License required
