Today Job Description Summary of Duties:
Provides reception and administrative support to ensure effective communication and daily operations of the agency. Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; additional training in Office Administration or Computer Systems preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data entry, word processing, and office systems. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as receptionist by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and assist with basic financial tracking (e.g., logging received payments). Provide administrative support, including filing, record maintenance, and document organization. Assist applicants, visitors, and stakeholders with general inquiries and forms, directing them to appropriate staff as needed. Provide administrative support across office functions, including backup for reception, mail handling, scheduling, coordination, and other assigned duties. Support client needs by assisting with procurement of personal items, transportation coordination, and communication with staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
