team as a Swine Health Auditor and help protect herd health while promoting the highest standards of biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare. What You'll Do Help protect farms from disease through biosecurity audits and training Conduct safety audits of barn personnel Perform animal welfare assessments at farm sites Inspect farm structures to ensure biosecurity compliance Evaluate interior and exterior farm areas, including attics, chutes, and grounds Identify structural concerns that could impact barn performance Train farm staff on biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare best practices Complete truck wash and trailer audits What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Agricultural experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Valid driver's license Work Environment Overnight travel required On-farm agricultural swine environment Must wear required PPE, including hearing protection when needed Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical Requirements Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling Occasional lifting, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds Why
