Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Handle calendar management and scheduling for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to support financial processes Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office supplies Provide customer support by addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email Prepare documents for Board of Directors for monthly meetings Maintain membership lists for social media and website Handle bank deposit/banking needs for business Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and customer service expertise Technical proficiency with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computer hardware/software literacy Previous office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
