This is an established practice located in beautiful Eastern TN. The office building is only one year old and is conveniently located next door to the Hospital. The clinic is a CMS designated rural health clinic and the area a HRSA designated medically underserved area which may qualify the provider for loan forgiveness programs. Competitive Salary of $275,000-350,000 base plus RVU bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Work Life balance: Average 20-25 ppd. Job Description:
Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for adults and children with acute and chronic health needs. Carry a traditional patient panel and maintain the ability to see same-day and walk-in patients as needed. Perform traditional office-based procedures. Provide support and supervision for clinic NP's and PA's.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic Medical School. Completed Residency in Family Medicine. Unrestricted license and DEA. 2 years' experience preferred but not required Basic Life Support (BLS).
