Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls accurately, and provide excellent customer support Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools with precision and speed Maintain organized filing systems, update records, and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or management teams Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment Provide bilingual support when needed to communicate effectively with diverse clients or visitors Experience Prior office experience or administrative support is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with clerical procedures and office workflows Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software such as spreadsheets and data entry tools Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for handling basic financial tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective client communication Bilingual abilities are desirable to enhance communication with a diverse clientele Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and organizational expertise will make a meaningful impact every day!
