Administrative Office Assistant Children and Family Enrichment at Idlewild Memphis, TN Job Details Full-time $12 - $15 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Employee discount Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Google Drive Microsoft Outlook Administrative experience Calendar management QuickBooks Data entry Clerical experience Full Job Description Office Administrator Position for Early Enrichment Center at Idlewild (EEC) Providing administrative support for staff Keeping track of preschool applications and registrations Communicating with parents and potential parents of new preschool Receiving and welcoming clients/guests with professionalism and warmth Answering phones and communicating phone and email messages Opening, sorting, and communicating incoming correspondence Assisting in EEC Classrooms to provide care for students Developing and maintaining website Developing and maintaining social media presence Recording donations and sending responses to donors Keeping accurate files for all legal and organizational information Inputting data for enrollment, budget, and schedules Calendaring and coordinating the usage of shared meeting space Closing the office each day Coordinating any maintenance, yard, or cleaning needs Supporting volunteers Other projects as required

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Team player, flexible, and able to deal with last minute changes Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, and Quickbooks. Must be comfortable working with spreadsheets. Preferred minimum of 2 years experience as an office administratorPreferred Bachelor Degree or AA Degree Job Type:
