Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a custom cabinet company located in the Knoxville area. This role will primarily support our President in various roles and capacities. If you have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and an interest in helping a growing business continue to excel, we'd love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is administratively skilled, but we value attitude and potential just as much as experience.
Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Completes regular filing and organizing necessary to maintain an efficient office. Keeps adequate supply of all office, kitchen, and bath consumables. Regularly cleans kitchens and bathrooms or coordinates others to complete. Works with Director of Operations to maintain HR files as well as compliance, licensure and insurance. Enters job costing data for materials and labor including time cards. Primarily assists President, as well as Production Manager and Director of Operations as needed. Plans and organizes monthly company meals/gatherings. Maintains calendar and inbox for President. Runs miscellaneous errands for purchases, deliveries, etc. Keeps schedule for building maintenance and reminds appropriate managers of regular monthly. Qualifications High school diploma. Proven experience in an office environment with strong office management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Previous experience in administrative support or personal assistant roles is highly desirable. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines. Ability to work well in a team-oriented shop environment as well as with remote staff. Position Details Part-time OR Full-time (hours negotiable), W-2 employee Weekly pay
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, No weekend work Pay based on experience and aligned with the Knoxville market Paid time off offered based on experience, tenure, and hours worked
