• Clerical Tullahoma Pediatrics | Manchester Pediatrics | Royal Pediatrics We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Clerical Team Member to join our pediatric healthcare team!

Previous medical office experience is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and can work efficiently in a busy medical office environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Providing excellent customer service to patients and families Answering and managing incoming phone calls Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance coverage and benefits Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance Entering medication refill requests Documenting patient questions and concerns and routing them appropriately Managing medical records and documents in accordance with HIPAA Assisting with patient care coordination Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front office and waiting area Completing other clerical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Medical scheduling experience preferred Health insurance verification/coordination experience preferred CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain certification Dependable attendance and punctuality

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 36-40 hours per week. Schedule may occasionally include late nights.
