Administrative Professional Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a part-time administrative assistant for a fast-paced insurance office. As an administrative assistant you will assume the receptionist duties as well as perform the clerical needs of the agent. You will be the point of reference for all questions, requests or issues and will be an important part of the agent's team.

Administrative Professional Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, assist walk-in clients, process customer service requests, set up client reviews and assist with cross-selling Help customers with all aspects of billing (questions, payments, etc.) Provide clients and banks with proof of insurance Collect membership payments that are due Organize and set agent appointments Any and all other duties assigned by the manager

Administrative Professional Required Skills:

Detail oriented Strong customer service Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work Self-starter Able to manage several projects simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office Integrity and professionalism Excellent written and verbal communications skills Insurance license preferred Spanish speaker preferred

•Current P&C license preferred, otherwise getting a P&C license will be required within 90 days

•Texas Farm Bureau will help with schooling and testing preparation, and pay for training on your behalf.
