Join a Growing Forklift Service Team Ranger Lift Trucks is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Planned Maintenance (PM) Coordinator to help manage and grow our preventative maintenance business. This is more than a scheduling position. The right person will take ownership of our PM program—coordinating customers, technicians, parts, schedules, service recommendations, and PM agreements to ensure our customers' forklifts are maintained properly and on time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, following through, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service. Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinate relationships with customers
• Dispatch all PM's for external customers and internal units
• Process all PM paperwork including schedule recurrence, maintain PM agreements, and quotes
• Maintain PM setups
• Understand maintenance requirements by manufacturer
• Ensures PM Parts are staged a week in advance
• Review work order comments for recommendations and further service
• Communicate with PM technicians daily about issues/concerns
• Monitor PM KPI
• Invoice all PM's both external and internal
• Assist with new and used inventory counts
• Review WIP weekly for PM
• Update PM agreements yearly with new labor rates and get new agreements signed
• Process new Receiving and PDI forms into proper site and close work orders accordingly
• Process paperwork and submit for new warranty registration
• Assist as backup for the rental coordinator
• Answer phones and greet customers
• Assist with other duties as assigned by

Mechanical Comprehension Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
