Directs incoming calls from external or internal sources to the appropriate resource.
Performs general administrative duties, including mail processing, data entry, and maintaining office supply inventory and expenses.
Performs auction-related duties, including check-out processes and invoicing, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Assists with live auction duties including phone or online bidding. Qualifications Ability to learn and apply ATF compliance and internal protocols.
Ability to consistently deliver world-class customer support with professional image and conduct with all internal and external stakeholders.
Effective professional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
Basic proficiency with computers (including Microsoft Office) and office equipment. Knowledge and ability to perform basic math skills.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time with occasional moving and transporting up to 25 pounds. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year previous work experience in firearm sales associate, administrative, receptionist, customer support, or similar role required.
Previous firearms industry experience required, including processing
