S_181259 Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking an organized and dedicated Drug Testing TPA Coordinator to join an active team in Belton, Texas. In this vital position, you will serve as the essential link connecting employers, collection sites, laboratories, and Medical Review Officers (MROs). You will oversee the daily administration of workplace drug and alcohol testing programs for both Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT corporate clients. Responsibilities:

Set up new client profiles in third-party administrator (TPA) software, tailoring each system configuration to meet specific federal regulations or corporate preferences. Manage random testing pools using software tools, monitor testing deadlines, and issue regular compliance reports to account managers. Coordinate and schedule various testing types, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up tests across nationwide collection networks. ... Track electronic and paper Chain of Custody Forms (CCFs) to ensure accurate processing. Retrieve laboratory results, route paperwork through Medical Review Officers, and securely deliver final testing updates to designated employer contacts. Assist clients with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Clearinghouse tasks, including reporting violations and running background queries when requested. Deliver friendly, solution-oriented customer service to resolve scheduling delays, missing documentation, or paperwork questions.

PM Skills:

Direct background managing multi-modal Department of Transportation (DOT) testing programs, including FMCSA, FAA, FTA, PHMSA, or FRA regulations. Prior experience managing FMCSA Clearinghouse administrative procedures. Advanced proficiency in data entry with a strong background in tracking compliance deadlines under pressure. One to three years of experience in a third-party administrator (TPA) environment, an occupational health clinic, or a human resources department with exposure to drug testing procedures.

Education:
High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Familiarity with federal drug-testing standards, specifically standard 49 CFR Part 40 guidelines. Experience working with TPA management software programs. Excellent communication skills, with a professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential health information.
