Job Description

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive administrative support involving scheduling and time management, greeting and directing visitors, research and drafting of reports and correspondence, travel arrangements, and special projects in direct support of the Vice President for Athletics. Supports other staff and projects assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University's mission and who will be an active participant in their local church. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. An Associate degree in a business-related field or completion of college/vocational courses in a business-related field is strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 years administrative assistant, secretarial or general office experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
