In this role, you will be the face and voice of the office, ensuring everyday operations run smoothly while providing exceptional administrative support. Because a large portion of our community, clients, and partners are native Spanish speakers, absolute fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a strict requirement. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker who can handle everything from front-desk hospitality to vendor management with a warm, professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Hospitality:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly in both English and Spanish; manage the main phone line, route calls, and take accurate messages.
Translation & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients. Translate emails, basic office documents, and announcements as needed.
Office Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment. Monitor inventory, order office and kitchen supplies, and handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, filing documents (both digital and physical), and data entry.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with building management, IT support, cleaning crews, and other external service providers to ensure facility issues are resolved quickly.

Qualifications:
Bilingual Fluency:
