Manufacturing Administrative Clerk - Brownsville, TX Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrative Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Brownsville, TX .
Pay:
$15.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00

Full-Time Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the maintenance and production departments by maintaining accurate records, tracking preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring documentation is organized and up to date.
Responsibilities may include:
Maintain and organize TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records Perform data entry and update maintenance information in company systems Track preventive maintenance schedules and work orders Prepare reports and maintain organized filing systems Coordinate documentation with maintenance and production teams Assist with inventory tracking and equipment records Provide general administrative support to the manufacturing team Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous administrative or clerical experience required Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment Dependable with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
