Negotiable based on experience About the Position 3C Environmental Solutions Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office and daily business operations. This position coordinates requests between departments, manages office purchasing, maintains records, and assists with general administrative matters. We value reliability, follow-through, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided, but the ideal candidate should be comfortable handling different responsibilities and supporting the team as business needs change. Key Responsibilities Coordinate routine requests and communication between departments Greet visitors and provide front-desk support Answer and direct incoming calls and emails Purchase and maintain office, breakroom, and basic operational supplies Communicate with vendors and service providers regarding orders, services, invoices, and account issues Organize files and maintain accurate office records Perform data entry and update spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal follow-up Help resolve routine billing discrepancies and service issues Support general office organization and facility-related requests Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous administrative, office, customer service, or purchasing experience is a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email Strong organizational and follow-up skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn new systems and responsibilities Ability to work independently and cooperate with different departments What We Offer Hands-on training Exposure to multiple areas of business operations Opportunity to develop administrative and coordination skills Stable full-time schedule Expected hours: 40.0 per week
