Job Description

Answer incoming Calls from clients, provide basic information on cases, transfer calls, schedule appointments and take payments as needed. Incoming and outgoing mail processing Perform intake on new clients prior to consultation File room maintenance (filing mail and scanning) Assist with packet assembly Translate documents from Spanish to English and vice versa Interpret for clients at the USCIS interviews as needed Assistance with the day to day activities as needed
