This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an integral part of our organization, you will manage a variety of clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. CareChoice is Great Place To Work Certified. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors. Answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Handle heavy inbound and outbound patient calls New patient intake and creating folders Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Support bookkeeping/billing activities Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting clients or patients as needed Oversee office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English is required Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a must Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; previous office experience highly valued Must live 15 miles within
