Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable and organized general office clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems, including QuickBooks and Housecall Pro. Assist Office Manager with Accounts Payable entry, general office and purchase orders. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist dispatch by entering service calls and emails and customer service questions. Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing, vendor invoices, purchase order, quotes and filing. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and assist with administrative duties as required. Skills Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Housecall Pro a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Previous experience in clerical roles or office management is required. Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Ideal candidate will be punctual and dependable and able to work in office with full time hours, Monday through Friday.
