Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Brokerage (Part-Time)
Location:
Downtown Farmersville, TX Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 6 hours per day
Hours:
Flexible within regular business hours
Compensation:
$15.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience About Us We are a locally owned real estate brokerage located in the heart of downtown Farmersville. With a team of 12 agents, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service while maintaining a professional, organized, and supportive office environment. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Broker/Owner and help keep our office running efficiently. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of office management and administrative tasks that are essential to the daily operations of our brokerage. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Responsibilities Review, organize, and respond to business emails Maintain and organize paper and electronic files Assist with transaction and document management Prepare and send invoices Pay and track company bills and expenses Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Coordinate schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks for the Broker/Owner Maintain confidentiality of company and client information Perform other general administrative and office duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email systems Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Previous administrative or office management experience preferred Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Benefits & Additional Information Flexible weekday schedule Small, supportive office environment Opportunity to work closely with the Broker/Owner and learn the day-to-day operations of a real estate brokerage No health insurance or other employer-sponsored benefits are provided with this position To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter telling us about your administrative experience and why you would be a great fit for our team.
