IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, Tx!!!!
Position Overview for the
Administrative Assistant:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional that will support Trade and Sales operations by managing Sampling & Injector Approval (SIA) compliance, reviewing and validating data change requests, and coordinating sample shipments, delivery tracking, and issue reconciliation. Maintains data stewardship within the Veeva platform, supports onboarding for the Ax Sales team, and provides administrative and operational support to the Head of Trade and Associate Director of Trade across various Trade activities.
Requirements for the
Administrative Assistant:
3+ years of experience providing Administrative Support
Prior experience working with CRM - Veeva or SAP
Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Excel Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Finance Industry Experience (Regulated industry)
