Job Description

Texas Capital Motor Group LLC is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in providing excellent administrative support, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records. Organize, file, and manage paperwork and confidential documents. Assist with customer documentation and vehicle sales paperwork. Prepare and process dealership documents accurately and efficiently. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other office software daily. Maintain organized office files and inventory of office supplies. Provide general administrative support to management and staff. Answer phones, greet customers professionally, and assist with general office duties as needed. Qualifications Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Pay & Benefits $12.00-$14.00 per hour , based on experience. Opportunities for advancement within the company. Supportive, team-oriented work environment. On-the-job training provided.
