KL Dental Studio | Keller, TX KL Dental Studio is looking for a warm, personable, and detail-oriented Front-Office Assistant to join our growing team! We are a modern, private dental practice in Keller focused on providing a different kind of dental experience—one that is personal, unhurried, and centered around genuine relationships with our patients. Our team is small by design, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard, valued, and cared for. We are looking for someone who shares that same mindset and understands that the front office is so much more than a check-in desk. You will be one of the first faces our patients see and an important part of creating the exceptional experience that sets KL Dental Studio apart. What You'll Do Welcome patients warmly and provide an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage office communication Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Confirm appointments and communicate with patients regarding their upcoming visits Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance questions Review treatment plans, financial information, and payment options with patients Collect payments and accurately manage patient accounts Present financing options Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow up with patients as needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front office Build genuine relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their care What We're Looking For Previous dental front office experience preferred Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and positive attitude Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and payment options with patients A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know patients and creating meaningful relationships Dependable, accountable, and eager to learn and grow Why KL Dental Studio?
