In person Position Summary CyberTex Institute of Technology is seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to campus leadership, staff, faculty, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, customer-service, and computer skills and will be able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced educational environment. This position supports daily office operations, front-office activities, correspondence, recordkeeping, scheduling, document preparation, and coordination among campus departments. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the School Director, Assistant School Director, and other designated campus personnel. Greet students, visitors, vendors, and guests and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Answer, screen, and route telephone calls and respond to general inquiries professionally. Receive and distribute mail, correspondence, packages, and other campus communications. Prepare, format, copy, scan, file, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents. Maintain organized electronic and physical files and administrative records. Perform routine data entry and maintain spreadsheets, logs, calendars, and tracking documents. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, interviews, campus activities, and other administrative functions. Coordinate communication between students, instructors, staff, and campus leadership as appropriate. Assist with preparation of meeting materials, agendas, sign-in sheets, and related documentation. Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory and supply requests. Support student-facing administrative activities and direct students to the appropriate department for assistance. Assist with copying, filing, document preparation, and record organization for internal, regulatory, or accreditor reviews. Maintain confidentiality of student, employee, and institutional information. Maintain professional and orderly front-office and administrative work areas. Perform other administrative and campus-support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education preferred. Prior administrative, office, receptionist, customer-service, or related experience preferred. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic record systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prepare routine correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents. Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally with students, employees, visitors, and external contacts. Ability to maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience in a school, college, training institution, or other professional office environment preferred.Pay:
