Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance requests for signage projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal service technicians. Manage service orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Allocate resources and dispatch service teams based on project requirements and technician availability. Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and client communication. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, parts procurement, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service level agreements. Assist in preparing service quotations, proposals, and project documentation as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of service coordination best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+years) in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or construction-related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with service management software is a plus. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in service delivery. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in project management or service coordination is advantageous.
