Office Assistant Lone Star, Tx Position Summary The Office Assistant supports daily administrative operations by handling front-office communication, data entry, document processing, and general clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and related systems Cut stencils as required for operational or production use Scan, organize, and file documents (physical and electronic) Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document retrieval Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Highly Preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized Effective communication and phone etiquette Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance Work Environment Office setting within an industrial business May require occasional interaction with production-related tasks (e.g., stencil cutting) Additional Notes Candidate must be able to work full-time schedule consistently Position requires a dependable individual capable of managing routine office duties efficiently Trade Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
