• Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Collect patient information and update electronic medical records using Epic or similar systems
• Assist chiropractor with patient examinations, X-rays and treatments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and treatment rooms
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately ```Experience```
• Previous experience working in a medical office or administrative role is preferred
• Knowledge of patient service principles and practices
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
