The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational, clinical, and customer service skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greets patients Answers phones Schedules appointments Checks in and out Verifies insurance Rooms patients and takes vitals and history Records patient care documentation in an electronic medical record accurately and in a timely manner Assists physician with procedures Organizes, stocks and cleans exam rooms
Minimum Requirements:
Two - three years of experience working both front and back office (experience in primary care is preferred) Highly proficient computer skills including experience with electronic medical records, practice management systems, and Microsoft Office (experience with eClinicalWorks a plus)
