Job Description
Four K Health Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our administrative and executive team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Job DutiesResponsibilities Provide direct administrative support to administrative and executive staff. Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and general correspondence. Send, receive, and organize faxes and other documents. Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide support with various Human Resources-related administrative duties. Prepare, pull, organize, and send reports and other requested information to executive staff. Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office organization. Assist with local errands and other administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate and assist with various projects and requests from management. Some local and out-of-town travel may be required for business-related activities, meetings, errands, and other company needs. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company and employee information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. QualificationsSkills Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Proficient computer and technology skills are required. Strong working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office, electronic files, and general office technology. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while also supporting a team. Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with a variety of administrative needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred due to occasional errands and travel.
