The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and involve "back" support, as well as some basic "front" office support. This includes everything from greeting patients and getting them settled in rooms to answering phones and scheduling. As a small team, it also includes more mundane tasks like keeping the office clean and professional! The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room. A skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. They are eager to learn, energetic, and a people person! You will be the patient's first and last contact, greeting them when they arrive, helping them get settled in rooms, and whatever else they may need. We have a weekday, daytime schedule with the major holidays off and only the occasional weekend commitment. We are currently in office Monday-Saturday. We are looking to fill 10-15 hours/week.
