Job Description

Overview:
The ideal candidate will live in proximity to Red River, Titus, and Morris counties The 4Kids4Families Administrative Specialist will provide administrative support to unit supervisors and staff. The position interacts routinely with Child Protective Services (CPS) and other state agencies. The ideal candidate will be able to work and communicate effectively across different departments with diverse services, populations, and staff, as well as work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.

Min:
USD $18.00/Hr.
Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Perform data entry and upload vital documents for compliance purposes. Prepare and maintain statistical reports, case control systems, case records and related files for the unit. Type correspondence, meeting notes and other documents to support work of the unit and files related documents. Attend court hearings, maintain detailed notes for entry into program system as well as track court orders, entry of legal actions and statuses. eFiling & service of necessary case related documents. Provide program and agency information & reports and/or makes referrals to other community resources; attend meetings as necessary. Prepare and send legal notices of hearings and conferences; create conference schedules. Procurement as necessary for unit needs. Create and distribute on-call scheduling and other unit schedules as necessary. Stand as the designated Notary for unit. Promote and demonstrate appropriate respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and all work-related contacts. Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards. May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year full-time administrative support, general office, clerical, secretarial or experience in social services.
