In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while driving sales and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while providing accurate information. Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools. Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments to support office management activities. Assist with sales activities by providing product information, processing transactions, and supporting customer inquiries. Support administrative duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and document preparation, accounts payables. Utilize technical tools like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure all client communication is handled with excellent phone etiquette. Requirements strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, data entry, and productivity software. Prior experience with front desk responsibilities or customer service roles demonstrating effective phone communication and client interaction skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Familiarity with clerical procedures, filing systems, calendar management, and technical proficiency in office tools such as QuickBooks is preferred. Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer service, or office experience that includes handling client communication, organizing schedules, and supporting team operations, will be advantageous.
