The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the marketing director, managing office tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a setting where organizational skills and professional communication are highly valued. Duties Manage calendar and task scheduling using Microsoft Office, Canva and other tools Perform data entry, to ensure accuracy and organization Handle emails, and staff support inquiries efficiently Assist with any marketing tasks as requested by director Support office tasks, including document preparation, report generation, and record keeping Experience Prior office experience in clerical or assistant roles is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva Experience with data entry, and social media platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients / staff Knowledge of receptionist duties, or personal assistant experience is beneficial Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, handle customer service interactions, and perform secretarial tasks efficiently This position requires a professional demeanor, strong computer literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of supporting various office functions seamlessly. Able to work independently when needed with prior instruction.
