Greet & assist office visitors and answer incoming calls. Performs administrative tasks for the County Treasurer's office, orders supplies, maintains supply inventory, maintenance of office equipment. Verifies, balances, receipts, relocates and maintains financial records of monies collected by Fort Bend County. Assists payroll with various tasks including OnBase document verification and edit entry verification for accuracy. Researches, verifies, inputs and posts court collections defendant data. Processes Accounts Payable and Payroll ACH files, transfer funds, Infor/Lawson bookings and printing of county checks. Registers accounts payable invoices and maintains retention records. Makes travel arrangements, assists with trainings, meetings and community activities. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
