Job Description

Busy & Growing Podiatry Practice Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy and growing podiatry practice. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the daily operations of the clinic. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner. Respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Collect copays, balances, and process payments. Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information. Assist with patient intake forms and documentation. Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and surgery coordinators. Manage patient flow and ensure efficient front office operations. Handle administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical office experience preferred; podiatry or specialty practice experience is a plus. Knowledge of insurance verification and patient scheduling. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office. Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
