Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is hands‑on and highly versatile — ideal for someone who thrives on organization, multitasking, and keeping an office running smoothly. The Office Administrator will assist with filing, ordering supplies, coordinating equipment needs for field teams, and supporting various administrative processes across multiple hubs. Key Responsibilities File and maintain important documents including contracts, permits, registrations, and internal records Order office supplies and equipment for both office staff and field employees Coordinate and track equipment orders to ensure timely delivery and availability Occasionally transport equipment or parts to other hubs (Houston, Corpus Christi, etc.) as needed Assist with documentation of onboarding paperwork for new hires, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support state and county permit filings, including sticker renewals and documentation submissions Help with things such as vehicle registration tasks at the DMV or through internal processes Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Provide general administrative support for any additional tasks that arise throughout the day Communicate effectively with internal teams, field staff, and external vendors Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Proficient with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, digital filing systems) Excellent communication skills — written and verbal Ability to lift and transport small equipment or parts when needed Reliable transportation required for occasional travel to nearby hubs or DMV visits Must be able to work onsite in San Marcos, TX Preferred Traits Self‑starter with strong attention to detail Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities Dependable, punctual, and solutions‑oriented Team player who supports both office and field operations
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $355,000.00 per year
