Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Assistant Services (PAS) Supervisor to lead and oversee the delivery of personalized support services to individuals with requiring in home support care. This role is vital in ensuring that clients receive compassionate, effective, and individualized assistance that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. As a PAS Supervisor, you will manage a caseload of approximately 75 to 150 clients, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Your leadership will foster a positive environment where staff can thrive while delivering exceptional client-centered care. Duties Preform Supervisory Home Visits and coordinate the daily operations of personal assistant services, ensuring high-quality support tailored to each client's needs Orient Attendants, provide job training and determine the competence for attendants when necessary. Monitor and implement program initiatives that improve service delivery, promote client independence, and meet organizational goals Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance reviews, and oversee staff supervision to ensure consistent coverage and quality care Build strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaborative support plans Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to social services and disability support programs Follow all PAS program standards to ensure quality care to clients as well as meet standards required by program policies, procedures, rules, and state regualtions. On call for all PAS programs on a rotation basis. Skills and Experience Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas or Non-nurse with 2 years of completed full time studies at an accredited college or university. Individuals with a high school diploma or general equivalance diploma (GED) may substitute one full year of fulltime employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency, or community based agency for each required year of college. Proven leadership in supervising social service program staff within community-based or underserved populations. Strong relationship management skills to foster trust among clients, families, team members, and community partners Demonstrated ability to develop programs that address the unique needs of diverse populations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Bilingual proficiency preferred to effectively serve diverse communities Join us as a PAS Supervisor to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through compassionate leadership and innovative program management. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
