Overview Small IP Law firm is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented part-time Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess strong data entry skills to manage a variety of clerical and office management tasks. Join us in creating a productive and welcoming environment where your skills make a real impact! Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Use postage meter to mail letters. Perform extensive data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software. Handle filing and general clerical tasks to ensure organized office operations. Order and maintain office and breakroom inventory. Keep office, breakroom and conference rooms clean. Maintain office calendar. Occasional errands to post office. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong computer literacy including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and technical proficiency in office tools Previous experience with front desk responsibilities, customer service, or personal assistant duties is highly desirable This is a part-time role Monday - Friday from 10am to 2pm. Hours can be modified for the right candidate.
Pay:
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
