Assist prospective members in person, over the phone, by text, and by email. Manage attendance, memberships, and sales using our CRM (Spark). Help keep inventory stocked and organized. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dojo environment. Receive training to assist instructors during larger classes by helping with basic drills, student organization, and class management when needed. You'll Be Successful If You Love working with people and creating a positive first impression. Enjoy interacting with families and children. Are reliable, organized, and take initiative. Are comfortable learning new technology—we'll train you on all of our systems. Have experience in customer service, education, recreation, childcare, hospitality, or another people-focused role. Are looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity. Schedule This position averages 18-20 hours per week .
