We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet visitors, customers, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Handle data entry tasks with precision using computer literacy skills, including QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Making daily Invoices and Sales Receipts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, copying, scanning, and mailing correspondence.
Quote, schedule and order glass and parts. Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls effectively.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members.
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling financial records accurately.
Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style.
