Duties include:
- Insurance verification; patient account liaison; communicating between patients, clinic and billing representatives.
- Assist in patient scheduling.
- Handling Prior Authorizations for procedures.
- Assist Operations Director with various duties, reporting, reconciliations, and projects.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must; multi-tasking; work well independently and as a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication needed; good working knowledge of basic mathematics; Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Multiple other daily functions.
- Prior medical office experience s preferred.
