We are looking for a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact in our office and support our team across daily operations. Position Overview The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional service at the front desk. We're seeking someone with the confidence and organizational skills to manage both people and information flow—someone who thrives on being the go-to person who keeps things moving smoothly. You'll play a vital part in our coordination, communication, and administrative processes. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and incoming calls with professionalism Contact patients/clients to collect additional information and complete documentation Verify that patient records and referrals are accurate and complete before processing Track incoming documentation and ensure all necessary fields are accounted for Support the operations and administrative teams with various office tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all DOL-related data handling Experience Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through.
