Pay Rate:
$19.00•$21.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours:
8AM•5PM•could be flexible
Location:
Lindon UT Key Responsibilities Laboratory Test Coordination:
Manage and track the ordering of laboratory tests through various external web portals. Learn and apply specific scientific terminology (e.g., testing for ascorbic acid, tocopherol acetate, heavy metals, etc.).
Documentation & Compliance Review:
Receive and review incoming Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for accuracy, verifying that all test results meet established company specifications.
Data Entry & System Tracking:
Accurately input testing data, lot numbers, and results into our Quality Management System (QMS) and internal tracking logs.
Process & Workflow Management:
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely turnaround of lab orders and prevent production delays.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the QA team and external laboratories to ensure all testing requirements are met, and documentation remains audit-ready.
Qualifications Computer Proficiency:
Highly comfortable working across multiple web portals, managing database entries, and quickly learning new software interfaces. High Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional precision when comparing numbers, specifications, and scientific names to identify minor errors in documentation.
Quality & Accuracy Mindset:
Strong commitment to accuracy over speed in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Fast Learner:
Ability to quickly grasp new technical vocabulary, workflows, and compliance requirements.
Communication Skills:
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal departments and lab vendors.
Education & Background:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A background in basic science (biology, chemistry) or prior exposure to manufacturing/QA is a strong plus, but not required.
