This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and dependable, and who is looking to build a long-term career with a mission-driven organization. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in maintaining compliance, supporting leadership, and ensuring that administrative operations run efficiently. At The Phoenix, we are committed to empowering individuals and families affected by mental health disorders and substance use to celebrate life through lasting solutions. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours are set and not negotiable.) Responsibilities Manage clinician scheduling Ensure completion and accuracy of company audits and reports Provide general office management support Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces including reception area, kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms, and common areas Monitor and maintain compliance with state licensing and certification requirements Support leadership with company policies and operational needs Answer and route incoming front desk calls Assist with compiling and organizing medical records Qualifications & Competencies We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Professionalism & Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and leadership Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries Initiative & Problem Solving Highly proactive and able to act without constant direction Comfortable identifying problems and proposing solutions Organization & Efficiency Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail Able to produce high-quality work efficiently Teamwork Works collaboratively and supports team goals Willingly provides backup support for coworkers when needed Technical Skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to manage digital files and administrative tracking systems Professional Integrity Maintains strict confidentiality Demonstrates honesty, accountability, and strong ethical standards Remains calm and effective under pressure Compensation $17- $18 per hour (DOE) Benefits Medical insurance (Phoenix contributes 75% for employees and dependents) Dental and Vision insurance (after 60 days) Free $50,000 Life Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution after 6 months Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, and Holiday Pay that increase with tenure, On-site gym and pickleball courts available for employee use About The Phoenix Recovery Center The Phoenix is dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.
