Administrative Assistant Location South Jordan, UT Department Clerical Job Type Full-Time The Phoenix Recovery Center | South Jordan, UT The Phoenix Recovery Center is growing and we're looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and proactive, and wants to build a long-term career with a mission-driven organization. You'll work closely with our leadership team to keep daily operations running smoothly while helping support quality client care. Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Set schedule. What You'll Do Manage clinician schedules Support leadership with daily operations Complete audits, reports, and compliance tracking Answer and route incoming calls Organize medical records and administrative documents Help maintain an organized and professional office environment Assist with state licensing and accreditation requirements Help transport clients to and from outpatient treatment
