Position Overview EMSI is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to support business operations on-site in Culpeper - some telework may be authorized. This position will provide remote support for EMSI services delivered worldwide including coordination with EMSI team members and clients. This includes scheduling and calendar management, administrative support and logistics, and materials and inventory tracking. This position will also assist with the management of EMSI's e-commerce retail site IMT Gear. The ideal candidate will be versatile and have experience and qualifications including execution of administrative support functions, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products, strong communications and interpersonal skills, and time management and task prioritization. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Staff availability and scheduling
- Calendar management
- Customer relations and communications
- Administrative and logistical support for field activities
- Ordering, shipping, and tracking of materials
- Training course roster and certificate management
- Inventory management
- E-Commerce order fulfillment Required Qualifications
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Organized and detail-oriented Desired or Preferred Qualifications
- Retail or e-Commerce experience (customer relations, product management, order processing and fulfillment, inventory management, vendor/supplier relations, etc.)
- Training program administrative support experience (student records, training certificates, course evaluations, LMS implementation, etc.)
- Database experience
