Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with courteous phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties including proofreading, document preparation, and record keeping Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments to optimize office productivity Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, managing incoming correspondence, and overseeing general administrative tasks Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person Experience Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry software Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a front desk or administrative role Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for managing basic financial transactions Prior clerical or administrative experience that includes calendar management, filing, proofreading, and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person while maintaining professionalism Join us in creating a welcoming environment where efficiency meets excellent service! Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
