Job Summary We are seeking someone with pedicatric experience! Energetic and personable Front Desk Staff to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations with professionalism and efficiency. Pediatric experience prefer Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing proper phone etiquette and effective communication skills Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and document organization using Microsoft Office tools Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishments as needed Support administrative functions like calendar management, time management coordination, and basic office management duties Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously, ensuring client communication is clear and effective Experience Previous Pediatric office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Experience answering multi-line phones and managing phone reception with professionalism and courtesy Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Clerical experience including typing, proofreading, and document handling preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or front desk experience that highlights excellent customer service skills and time management capabilities Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your proactive attitude and dedication will make a meaningful difference every day!
