This position provides administrative and operational support, serving as the first point of contact while ensuring seamless daily operations, effective communication channels, and efficient management of priorities. The Administrative Office Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining professional office standards and supporting team productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Coordination:
Supporting office logistics, supplies managementCoordinate general team operational needs and requestsAssist with ensuring a productive and organized work environment.

Prioritize urgent tasks and distinguish them from routine duties
Communication Management:
Providing support and communication support along with managing email flow.

Handling phone calls and paperwork correctly.

Greet visitors warmly and process paperwork accurately and efficientlyMaintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
Organization and Administrative:
Keeping track of meetings, deadlines, and appointments without overlap.
